Lateral flow closed circuit evaporative condenser is designed with a combined multi-modular configuration,which uses condensing coil and PVC fill for heat transfer.The principle is addressed like this: Water is pumped from ss water Tank(as auxiliary equipment to be provided if needed) or water sump and distributed over the fill.Air is induced by axial fan on top of the condenser through the fill to make water evaporating and cascading downward the coil .The coil rejects heat through both evaporative cooling through fresh air stream and sensible cooling using the pre-cooled recirculating spray water.
High temperature ammonia is circulated through the coil and heating is dissipated.The cooled water increased the temperature differential between water and R717,the heat exchange on coil surface is mainly sensible heat exchange which reduces evaporation load and and minimize the tendency to form scale on the coil.
The remaining water falls to the cooled water basin(sump) where it is recirculated by pump up through the bleed line to the upper water distribution system and back down over the fill and coil.

Carbon fiber or aluminum alloy blades and angle index can be adjusted if needed.

3)Water distribution system
Water distribution system consists of self-balance buffer chamber,water distribution pipes,large orifice,360 non-clog nozzles,drain device etc.
Pipe:PVC,HDG or stainless steel
Nozzles:ABS nozzle
4)Coil Section
Continuous serpentine shape,HDG or ss tubing constructed in a slop for easy drainage, consists of outlet headers,support and inlet&outlet piping.
Pneumatically tested at 25Bar.
6)Fill
Fills are designed with the most suitable flame retardant PVC material to give the best thermal performance,impervious to rot,dacay and biological attack.
A.standard PVC fill,good for temperature of 60 DegreeC.
B.High temperature PE fill,good for temperature of 105DegreeC.
7)Air lnlet louver
Constructed of PVC or stainless steel,corrosion resistant,wave -formed to minimize air resistance and prevent bacterial breeding caused by direct sunlight.
8)Cold Water basin
The cold water basin includes:a drain/cleanout connection,strainer,make up valve,overflow connection,anti-vortexing hood etc.The slop basin designed to avoid the formation of algae fungus in tha pan and equiped with L shape cleanout.
9)Water recirculation pump
close-coupled centrifugal pump equiped with a mechanical seal mounted on basin,motor protection IP55,insulation class F.The pump is fabricated a bleed line with metering valve to control the bleed rate from the pump discharge to the overflow connection.
10) Drift Eliminator
The drift eliminator is formed from self-extinguishing PVC,reduce entrained water droplets from the air discharge and save water.Drift rate less than 0.002%.
